Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €700 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 5 day(s) after departure
Notes
Rates include accommodation, water and electricity supply, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning is not included and carries a mandatory 300 € fee per stay.
Optional services such as pool heating or mid-stay cleaning are available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
Minimum stay and special pricing may apply during high season.
